Terms of Service
Welcome to Yonest. By accessing or using this service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your account with others or register accounts in bulk by automated means.
- If you discover that your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately through our contact channels.
2. Game content and hosting
- Makers (developers) may submit AI-generated or AI-developed games in any form (single-file web games, web bundles, or download bundles), which the platform hosts and provides to players.
- You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting, you authorize the platform to store, distribute and display that content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- You must ensure that you hold lawful rights to the content you submit, and that the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others or violate any laws or regulations.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use this service to: upload malicious code or conduct attacks; upload illegal, infringing, hateful, pornographic or fraudulent content; bypass or attempt to bypass the platform's access controls; or scrape, crawl or otherwise abuse this service.
4. Our rights
For the safety and compliance of the platform, we have the right, at our reasonable discretion, to remove violating content, restrict or terminate the relevant accounts, and, where necessary, retain relevant records to comply with legal requirements.
5. Service provided "as is"
This service is currently at an early stage and is provided "as is" and "as available"; we make no guarantees as to availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue some features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For ordinary players, continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms. For business users such as developers, we will give at least 15 days’ notice by in-app message or email, stating what changes and when they take effect.
8. Additional terms for business users (developers)
If you submit works to the platform as a business user, the following also applies: when we restrict, suspend or terminate your work or account we will give you a statement of reasons; you can appeal via Contact us and we will review internally and reply; we will give at least 15 days notice of material changes to these terms. The position of works in the store depends on the main parameters set by the platform (e.g. popularity, rating, editorial picks), which we explain in the developer console.
9. Content moderation and appeals
When we restrict content you have published or your account, we send you a statement of reasons setting out the decision, the facts and grounds, the terms relied on, the territorial scope and the redress available. You may lodge an internal complaint through the appeal page within six months of receiving the notice; a human will review it and reply by in-site message. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the Digital Services Act (DSA), or seek judicial redress. We also publish a periodic transparency report.
10. Content safety and disclaimer
The platform only runs a best-effort automated scan of works uploaded by makers and can't guarantee they are absolutely safe or functional. Uploaders must ensure their content is lawful and free of malicious code.
Web games run in the browser and may access your browser data; the risk of installing and running download works is borne by the downloader. Please judge for yourself before running or installing.
The platform makes no guarantee about the safety, legality, or outcome of content uploaded by makers. If you find something suspicious, please tell us via the report link.
